Participants live in supervised housing, work in paid internship positions with local aviation operators, and receive mentorship from aviation professionals. Internship opportunities may include ground handling, customer service, flight operations support, maintenance assistance, and other aviation-related positions. Students also participate in career development activities, industry networking opportunities, and individualized mentoring focused on educational pathways, scholarships, advanced training, and future employment opportunities within the aviation industry.
